RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds. However, there are certain situations where refunds are granted if the products arrived damaged
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the products at support@nanceglowbeauty.com to alert us of the damaged, then return the damaged item to us.
Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
